Child Safety Standards

TheLastFirst is a dating app for adults. The app may only be used by people who are at least 18 years old.
The safety of minors is a high priority for TheLastFirst. TheLastFirst does not tolerate any content, behavior, or activity that endangers, exploits, sexualizes, or abuses children or teenagers.
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
TheLastFirst expressly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
The following is strictly prohibited:
- content that depicts, promotes, enables, trivializes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors,
- images, texts, messages, voice messages, or any other content related to the sexual abuse of children,
- grooming, manipulating, or approaching minors for sexual purposes,
- requesting, coercing, or pressuring minors to create or share intimate content,
- sextortion, threats, or blackmail involving real or alleged intimate images,
- attempts to contact, deceive, exploit, or endanger minors through TheLastFirst,
- sharing, storing, distributing, requesting, or attempting to obtain material connected to child sexual abuse.
Such content and behavior are strictly prohibited on TheLastFirst and may result in the immediate suspension or deletion of an account.
2. Minimum Age and Protection Against Underage Use
TheLastFirst is intended exclusively for adults. Users must confirm during registration that they are at least 18 years old.
If there is reason to believe that a user is underage or has provided false age information, TheLastFirst may review, restrict, suspend, or delete the account.
Users can report profiles if they suspect that a person is underage or is unlawfully presenting themselves as an adult.
3. In-App Reporting and Blocking Features
TheLastFirst provides reporting and blocking features within the app. Users can report, in particular:
- profiles,
- users from a chat,
- individual text messages,
- individual voice messages,
- suspicious, harassing, dangerous, or unlawful behavior,
- suspected underage users,
- content or behavior that may indicate child sexual exploitation or child endangerment.
Users can also block other users and end matches.
4. Review and Enforcement Measures
Reported content and user accounts may be reviewed. The review may consider the reported content, context, previous reports, the seriousness of the possible violation, and potential risks to other users.
TheLastFirst may take measures including, but not limited to:
- removing content or restricting its visibility,
- issuing warnings,
- restricting app features,
- temporarily suspending user accounts,
- permanently suspending or deleting user accounts,
- taking technical or organizational measures to prevent abuse.
In serious cases, especially where child sexual abuse or exploitation is suspected, TheLastFirst may act without prior warning.
5. Handling of CSAM and CSAE
If TheLastFirst becomes aware of content connected to child sexual abuse or child sexual exploitation, TheLastFirst will take appropriate action in accordance with its published rules and applicable legal requirements.
This may include removing content, preserving relevant information, suspending or deleting involved accounts, and reporting to competent authorities or appropriate reporting organizations where legally required or appropriate.
6. Cooperation With Authorities and Compliance With Laws
TheLastFirst complies with applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of children and minors. In confirmed or serious suspected cases, TheLastFirst may cooperate with competent authorities, law enforcement agencies, or recognized reporting organizations.
